How do I change my order?
Unfortunately after an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes. Please use the Sizing Chart before placing an order to ensure you receive the correct size. However, please contact hello@southactivewear as soon as possible as we may be able to cancel your order if it hasn't already been sent.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been packed, you are able to cancel your order. Please email hello@southactivewear as soon as possible and we may be able to cancel your order.
If I return an item, who pays for the shipping?
The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning a product. Please ensure you purchase a traceable deliverable method as you are responsible for the product until it is returned to our warehouse. South Activewear takes no responsibility for missing returned products without proof of delivery.
