Veronica Rose Full Length Tights (Warehouse Seconds)
Our signature style full length tights are a must have! These tights fit like a second skin and are a staple piece to any active wardrobe. Featuring two side pockets, a high rise waist and our South Activewear functional stretch material.
These tights have slight imperfections with the waist band stitching and are sold at a discounted rate to ensure they don't end up in landfill. Please see photos below.

Shipping
In staying consistent with our value of ‘creating a delightful customer experience’, standard shipping is capped at $10 for orders under $99 and FREE for all orders over $99!
All items will be sent as ‘Authority to leave in a safe place if unattended’. We highly recommend ‘Signature on Delivery’, which means your parcel will require a signature upon receipt. Please include this in the notes when placing your order.
If you notice any errors once your order has been placed, please email hello@southactivewear.com.au immediately to avoid any issues with delivery.
All orders are shipped from Sydney. We currently use Sendle for to ship our South Product.
Currently we are only shipping domestically in Australia. You will be sent a confirmation email upon placement of the order and a shipment email with a tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
FULFILLMENT TIME:
Orders are usually picked and sent within 2 business days.
DELIVERY TIME:
Please allow for longer than usual delivery times due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19. Typically delivery should take 7-10 business days. However, it is recommended that you allow an additional 3 business days to this time frame due to staff shortages at Sendle.

Returns
At South Activewear, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. We will happily refund your purchase if the following criteria has been met:
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 days starts from the date of purchase to when it is received by our warehouse
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and must have the original swing tag still attached
Items must be in the original condition in which you received it
If the item(s) match all of these conditions, you can lodge a return with us by:
Emailing hello@southactivewear.com.au with your name, purchase number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. You will be responsible for all of the postage costs in this scenario.
EXCHANGES:
We will happily offer an exchange if the sizing is incorrect and it matches the below criteria. If the size is not available, we will offer a store credit. Please note, as we do only release a limited amount of stock per collection, please ensure you are using the size guide before ordering to avoid missing out. You will be responsible for all of the postage costs in this scenario.

We cannot accept any liability for lost or damaged items until they are received back to us. We encourage you to register your return parcel with Australia Post Office when returning your items and use the Return Slip provided to you for tracking purposes.
We do not accept ‘change of mind’ purchases.
Please note there are no returns or exchanges for sale items. You are responsible for the return postage costs. All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by South Activewear. South Activewear reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
FAULTY RETURNS:
If you receive a defective item, damaged item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact hello@southactivewear.com.au immediately with your name and purchase number. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
Refund/Store Credit Timeframes:
Please allow up to 15 business days from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or store credit to be raised.
